ESSEX Police have located people they wanted to talk to in relation to hate related assaults in Chieftan Drive, Purfleet, at around 8.30pm on Monday, April 30.
A spokesperson said: “We have identified two boys, aged in their teens, and they are assisting us with our enquiries”.
