KHAI has been a major figure on the Thurrock, Essex ad national track scene for quite a while now.
Khai has been competing in athletics since 2008 and has excelled in shot putt, high jump, combined events and hurdles winning a variety of Essex Schools, counties and national events.
His focus is now on sprint hurdles having been ranked 2nd in 60m hurdles & 3rd in 100m hurdles in 2012.
Khai’s aim as he moves into the Under 20 age group is to be ranked in the top 10 for 2013.
He is a member of Enfield & Haringey Athletic Club and is coached by Ray Gibbins.
