ORSETT residents are set to hold an open meeting tonight to show their anger at the plans for a Lower Dartford Crossing.
Option C would tear a hole straight through the village and it is clear that the Orsett residents are not prepared to take it lying down.
Last weekend, residents were out on force accompanied by MP Stephen Metcalfe and local councillors, Mike Revell and Sue Little at the Orsett in Bloom and collected over 200 signatures.
The meeting is at the Orsett Village Hall at 7.30pm.
