A SERVING British soldier visited Benyon Primary in South Ockendon last week.
Corporal Thomas came to the school on Armistice Day (November 11th).
He visited year 1 and 2 students and spoke to them about what he does as a soldier as well as Remembrance Day. T
The children really enjoyed the day.
Corporal Thomas, who is originally from Rainham, brought in war medals and different uniforms.
