Aveley produced a fine performance to put their season back on track.
Millers took the lead in the eight minute when Tyler Devlin volleyed home from a fine cross by Arian Retkoceri
Millers then doubled their lead. Again Arian Retkoceri played it to Jack Stevenson inside the Magpies box. He cut inside on his left foot, and a weak shot dribbled towards the goal and somehow found its way through the keeper into the bottom corner.
Theo Ola had a tap in to make it 3-0. Dereham pulled back a consolation goal.
The win sees the Millers just three points off the play offs as we head into December.
