THURROCK played their best football of the season to beat in-form Tilbury 3-1 at Ship Lane.
It was an uphill task from the start when Jordan Clark was sent off in the 24th minute.
But they grabbed the lead just before half time with a goal from Ross Wall.
But the Dockers have proved themselves very durable this season and so it was no surprise with the goal by Kurt Smith in the 51st minute.
But gold by Remi Sutton and Ross wall in the 74th and 81st minute bagged the three points for the Fleet.
The result pushes Thurrock up to ninth place whilst Tilbury slipped to tenth.
