Dear Sir/Madam,
THE people of the Garrison estate in Purfleet are currently without a Post Office and have been for some weeks.
The community desperately needs to know when the service will be restored and for the Post Office to act quickly to make this happen as soon as possible.
We are all determined to make sure that when the development of Purfleet town happens, all Purfleet residents are able to benefit . In the meantime, they still need access to decent shops, and the loss of the Post Office for families, disabled people and older citizens can be devastating.
I urge the Post Office to clarify the situation and make sure everyone know what is going on, and reassure us that Purfleet residents they will have their essential service back up and running as soon as possible.
