THURROCK Council is considering making a Public Space Protection Order to address the risk to road users and pedestrians, the nuisance, annoyance and noise caused by motor vehicles congregating in large numbers and participating in racing, performing stunts and other wise using vehicles in an anti-social manner in the Lakeside area.
The Council is responding to residents in the Chafford Hundred, South Stifford and West Thurrock wards and are seeking the view of local residents, businesses and other key stakeholders on this proposal and would appreciate your feedback.
