ESSEX fire crews have extinguished a fire at a disused workshop on Sandy Lane in Aveley.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire by 13:30hrs.
A ventilation fan was used to clear the property of smoke.
