THE LEADER of Thurrock Council detailed all that the council has done over the past eight months to create a cleaner borough.
The initiatives have included the well-documented “Clean it, Cut It, Fill It” campaign, new pothole detection machinery, more enforcement officers and penalties for dog fouling etc.
