THURROCK'S own professional theatre troupe, The Complete Commedia Company is embarking on an ambitious project to bring a new festival of theatre to the borough. Following the success of the Company’s Schoolyard Scenarios and A Christmas Carol in 2021, it brings an original piece of theatre to Horndon on the Hill for the annual Feast and Fayre in June.
THURROCK Council has announced that many of its waste crews will be working through next week's bank holiday, collecting general waste and recycling on both Jubilee Bank Holidays (Thursday, 2 June and Friday, 3 June), with garden waste collections moving to Saturday, 4 June.
