A 22-YEAR-OLD Romford man was arrested on friday night in connection with a “Cannabis Factory” was discovered in Hemley Road, Grays.
Police were alerted to suspicious activity at 7pm on friday night (July 17)
Over 30 cannabis plants were discovered in the detached property as well as in a van that was parked outside.
The 22-year-old was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis. He was released on bail to reappear on the 11th September.
