A PERIOD of transition is the best way to describe the predicament of Grays Athletic so the launch of a Supporters Trust can only be seen as part of a more structured future.
The Trust are impressive as fans who see the big picture: they are not a talking shop, nor a militant union but an articulate group of professionals who understand the nature of football, the purpose of fans and the good of the club in their hearts.
Speakers included former Blue Lee Matthews as well as Labour Cllr John Kent and James Mathie from Supporters Direct.
