The Ladies played their Winter league match at home against Harlow on Sunday 15th Nov
and came out with a creditable 3-3 draw. Diane Morgan and Sue Klecha losing their
first match 10-7 but made up for it by winning their second match 10-0.
Amy Beadle and Jenny Hurley won their first match 10-4 but lost their second match
10-3.
The Ladies team also played 22nd Nov, Diane Morgan and Sue Klecha were 9-4 up in
their first match but Rene Druett and Barbara Duck lost their first match 10-4, however
torrential rain came along and the match was abandoned, the match will be replayed
at a later date.
The Men’s First team kick off their season against Linkside at Home this weekend 29th
November and hope to get off to a winning start, there is a growing confidence within the
club to do well this season as the Mens Seconds already won their first match 3-1 against
Cranston Park.
