Ormiston Park Academy had a couple of reasons to be filled with joy on friday night. Not only was it the end of term and the start of the festive season, but they had just reached the District Basketball Final, held at Ockendon school.
The Ormiston Park Academy team consisted of: Khai Riley Laborde, Adam Polley, Alfie Seabrook, Gitisak Bunprakob, Ajibola Aboyade, Abubarkarr Lewally, David Garwood, Ryan Byrne and Monroe Ross.
The Ormsiton team were complimented by their coach for being “focused on winning and a direct approach to getting through to the final.”
