THE ANCHOR pub on Civic Square, Tilbury has had its licence suspended.
The Thurrock Council Licensing Committee held two interim meetings on the 21st and 23rd December 2009. The first meeting decided to suspend the premises licence. The second, after hearing representations from Mr Johnson (licence holder), decided to continue the suspension.
The pub has been the centre of a series of incidents throughout 2009.
The full hearing will be heard on Wednesday 13 January.
