THE TALK by the prisoner at Hassenbrook school had to be seen to be believed. It was part of a brave and innovative roadshow to make young people aware of the dangers of anti-social behaviour.
The prisoner detailed the sad descent from promising footballer to armed robbery and jail.
After the talk, we spoke to some of the students to gauge their reaction. We also spoke to Gable Hall Head of Faculty, Sally Feeney to understand where this fits in with the curriculum at the school.
