ONGAR were never on top of the Belhus bowling, who started with new signing from Horndon on the Hill Luke Clements (2-35), the youngster built up good pace (one opponent believed the fastest bowling he had seen in our division for some years), both he and Dale Kenyon (0-29) kept the Ongar batsmen in check early on. Then Rob Joyce (1-25) and Billy Winter (2-21) saw successes as Ongar moved to 76-5.
