THERE seems to be no doubt that the recent success of the British swimming team has been partly put down to the coaching team. That is also the case at Thurrock Swimming Club where Lisa Bates seems to have made a tremendous impact at the club.
The new season is just upon us so this seemed like a perfect opportunity to catch up with Lisa and discuss her training methods both in and out of the pool.
This is going to be an exciting season for the club and we look forward to following and reporting on all the results.
