THE RUGBY revival in Thurrock continues apace as the Year 8 students at St Clere’s won final of the Emerging Schools Essex Cup Final. St Clere’s beat all the regional competition winners including Davenant, Eastlea, Notley High and Trinity Catholic.
St Cleres now go on to represent the county in the South East of England final at Bishop Stortford on April 1.
Captain Sam Moran was named player of the tournament.
