A POLISH drug addict told police that the drugs the police found on him were drugs he found in an alley near Purfleet railway station, a court heard.
Kamil Strzepa, 25, Grove Road, Grays pled guilty to possessing six clear bags of amphetamines.
The court heard that Strzepa was stopped on the 1st February on London Road, Purfleet after police saw him acting in an “erratic manner”.
He was searched and the class B drugs were found on him. Strzepa told the police that he had found them near the station.
The police searched his house in Grays where more of the amphetamine was discovered.
Strzepa was given a 12-month Community Order.

Of course he found them!
Why wasn’t he kicked out of the country.
He should have been given a 12 month prison sentence rather than a community order. We shouldn’t be ashamed to send people to prison.
