Motorcyclist charged over Tesco Express collision

THE rider of a motorcycle involved in a collision in Grays in September 2012 has been reported for motoring offences.

The man, from Tilbury, has been reported to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) following an investigation in to the collision in Southend Road, which involved two cars, a motorcycle, and a London Taxi.

A 76-year-old man from Grays has been charged with driving without due care and attention and will appear at Basildon Magistrates Court on March 7th.
