THE MAYOR of Thurrock, cllr Tony Fish, has sent a letter of congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of their son George, prince of Cambridge.
The announcement was made at full council after Stanford West councillor, Shane Hebb, called for the chamber to send their congratulations regarding the happy event, which took place on Monday, July 22nd.
