JOIN South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) at a public meeting to find out about the Mental Health services available in Thurrock.
This two hour meeting being held at Thurrock Adult Community College, Richmond Road, Thurrock RM16 6DN on 3 October from 2-4pm will give you the opportunity to learn about the patient pathway – including our new First Response and Recovery and Wellbeing teams; which since launch have seen access to a doctor to start treatment reduced from around 15 weeks to 10 days from the date of referral.
You’ll also have the opportunity to provide feedback on SEPT services and make suggestions for improvements.
There will be a surgery session at the end of the meeting giving you a chance to meet with staff and/or governors to discuss on a 1to1 basis any personal issues you may have.
Please encourage your friends, colleagues and family to come along to what promises to be an interesting and informative event.Â
Please contact the Trust Secretary’s office on free phone: 0800 023 2059 or email:Â [email protected] to confirm attendance, and advise any special requirements.
