FROM 1973 The Gold Mine nightclub was made famous as the UK’s number one night spot in the 70s & 80s for its Jazz, Funk and Soul music. Sadly the original club was demolished in 1989.
Now it’s back…With the launch of a new Jazz, Funk and Soul club night at it’s new home, The Orsett Hall Hotel.
The next night is May 29th.
The original club was a mecca for people from far around, the “Soul Family” came from all over the country to enjoy the music, people and ambience.
