Police appeal after crash on Stanford Road, Orsett leaves biker with life threatening injuries

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a serious road collision which has left a 27-year-old man in hospital.

The crash happened at around 8.20pm on Friday, July 3, in Stanford Road in Orsett and involved a black Suzuki motorcycle.

The injured motorcycle rider was taken to Royal London Hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries to his chest and legs.

He remains in a critical but stable condition. Officers from Essex Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit would like to speak to anyone who saw the collision or who was on the Stanford Road near the Orsett Cock public house at the time.
