LAST WEEK (23rd December) Cllr Tim Aker MEP held a successful meeting with C2C officials over the recent timetable troubles.
It was agreed they they would "remain open to changes" and C2C representatives would also attend a public meeting in the new year for customer feedback.
Cllr Tim Aker MEP said: "I had a very productive meeting with C2C representatives. They committed to flexibility and will be open to changes at particular times where people request them.
"I have set up a feedback form on my website so residents can note the train time and date so that C2C can get the information needed to change the timetable where there is demand for it.
"At the end of January I will be holding a public meeting with C2C representatives so members of the public can put their questions and experiences to C2C so any problems can be ironed out."
