AS part of the Thurrock Trailblazers project, Adisa the Verbaliser visited Benyon Primary School.
He worked on a fun filled, interactive performance poetry session with year 5 pupils. Darcey T and Kayla W stated: “We thought Adisa was really funny and inspirational. He taught us a lot about poetry and we love the personality he shows through his poetry”.
The class are now looking forward to Adisa’s second visit next week, followed by visits from a story teller and an author, who will inspire the children to write and publish their own class book.
