TILBURY left the east coast empty handed after being defeated 2-1 by Great Wakering Rovers.

Veteran Jay Nash opened the scoring for Wakering in the 37th minute. Eli Benoit levelled things for the Dockers and it looked like it would be at least a point for Tilbury until Billy Johnson snatched a winner in th e88th minute.

The result leaves Tilbury in sixteenth place on four points.
