The Snaresbrook keeper received his marching orders after only fifteen minutes but a goal in each half from Fabian Brown helps them overcome Runwell Sports with a 2-0 score line. Danny Downer opens the Sungate account at Upminster with a divine free-kick. Rory MacKenzie then adds a further goal before Upminster pull one back through Max Catherall. The result keeps Old Barkabbeyans at the foot of the table, with Ramsden Scotia also remaining in the drop zone after they concede a solitary goal to Ashley King which wins the game 1-0 for FC Hamlets.
May & Baker E.C. Res. open up a five point lead at the top of the table after a Darren Seymour goal gives them a 1-0 win over Harold Wood Athletic Res.
