AVELEY saw their last chance of a play off place effectively disappear on Friday night at Mill Field.
Two goals by Hussein Jaffa (45′ and 53′) put the Millers two goals in front but they were pegged back by two penalties from Richard Field in the 64th and 89th minutes.
The result leaves Aveley in ninth place on 66 points, six points off the play off places with just four games left.
They return to action next Saturday at home to Heybridge Swifts.
