ESSEX Police would like to talk to this man in connection with theft of scratch cards in Chadwell St Mary.
A man walked into Tesco Express, in Brentwood Road, at around 7.35pm on Friday, September 29, and distracted a worker before stealing a two-figure sum of scratch cards.
