ORSETT: Man summonsed following collision; A128; 03/11/2017
A MAN has been summonsed to appear at court for careless driving following a serious road traffic collision in Orsett.
Godfrey Agyei-Boateng, 56, of Talbot Road, Notting Hill, is due appear at Southend Magistrates’ Court on April 24.
We received reports that two vehicles were in collision with a lorry and a van on the A128 at around 1pm on Friday, November 3 last year.
A 26-year-old man from Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, was taken to hospital with life-changing injuries. He received care and has since been discharged from hospital.
A 56-year-old man was arrested at the scene and brought to custody for questioning before being released under investigation.
To many numbnuts on the road and no police to bother them…unless they are untaxed of course.
