With the warm weather destined to continue, PCRL will help the morning commuters keep hydrated on their journey to work, whilst also giving them the information they need to pledge their support for the Purfleet on Thames scheme, which will bring the following to Purfleet:

A new town centre with shops, restaurants and great public spaces
A new medical centre, new primary school and new community facilities
New parks and leisure spaces
An improved railway station and transport facilities
A new mini University campus focusing on healthcare, creative and business entrepreneurship (in later phases)
State of the art film, TV and media studios facility
Up to 2,850 new homes

Sir Tim Laurence, Chair of PCRL, said ‘PCRL is a joint venture between Urban Catalyst and Swan Group Ltd and we’ve been extremely delighted with the support from Thurrock Council for our £1billion regeneration project Purfleet on Thames.

“Purfleet is very well connected with six international airports between 20 and 60 minutes’ drive and just 27 minutes to Central London by train. With the Borough investing £20 billion in jobs, homes and infrastructure, we strongly believe Purfleet on Thames will become an international creative hub within the Thames Gateway.’
