ESSEX Police want to speak to these men after four quadbikes failed to stop for police between Monarch Close and London Road, Tilbury, at about 7.35pm on Monday, July 16.
A police spokesperson said: “We appreciate they are not the clearest images but anyone who recognises them is asked to contact the Thurrock community policing team on 101 or email [email protected]
“We also ask residents to contact us if they have any information on motorbikes, quad bikes and off-road bikes being ridden in an anti-social or a dangerous manner and in areas where they are not allowed to be ridden without the landowner’s permission.

I have lost count how many times I have reported bikes and quads riding around the streets. They are most evenings and weekends down Fort Road and police do nothing. I have an email from Essex police saying they will not risk their careers chasing illegal bikes.
The Police are failing the people of Thurrock on an industrial scale.
It is a lawless borough.
