THURROCK Council has successfully applied for a closure order at a house in South Ockendon.
A court order applied for at Basildon magistrates court was as follows:
“Application for a closure order following service of a notice on 31/10/2018 in respect of 9 Copper Beach Road, South Ockendon.
Pursuant to section 80 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act
Order that premises 9 Cooper Beech Road South Ockendon, Essex, RM15 6QS be closed immediately and remain closed for three months.
