Driver disqualified for drug-driving in Grays

ANOTHER driver been convicted following our summer #DriveSafeDriveSober anti-drink and drug driving campaign.

A total of 205 people were arrested during the campaign which highlighted how alcohol and drugs can impair your reactions when driving.

The consequences of this can be fatal.

Our message is #DriveSafeDriveSober.

The driver convicted is:

Jamie Sampson, 20, of Rothbury Avenue, Rainham:
– Arrested at 1.07am on July 7 in Hogg Lane, Grays;
– Disqualified for 18 months, 150 hours unpaid work, £120 costs, and £85 victim surcharge for drug driving.
