ESSEX Police want to speak to the 31-year-old in connection with an allegation of perverting the course of justice and driving offences.
Cohen also has links to Aveley and South Ockendon.
He is white, 5ft 9ins tall, and of proportionate build. Cohen has short black hair and stubble.
