A GRAYS man is set to stand trial over an allegation of possession of an offensive weapon.
Paul Berry, aged 37, of Parsonage Road, Grays has been charged with the following.
On 01/06/2019 at Grays had with you, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place namely London Road, Grays an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a kitchen knife.
Berry is set to return to Basildon magistrates court on June 1st, 2020.
He has pleaded not guilty.
