STUDENTS at Ormiston Park Academy, which is a part of Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT), have put on a phenomenal production of Annie.
All the students involved, from the main cast to everyone supporting behind the stage, worked incredibly hard to perform the best show possible for the audience.
The academy, as part of its dedication to providing students with the best facilities to enhance their learning experience, supported the performing arts department in creating a West End-worthy professional set.
Reviews from the audience reflected the amazing show that the students had put on, with many noting that the performers’ professionalism really shone throughout the performance.
Ormiston Park Academy offers students a range of opportunities to discover the different roles that support in the creation of a show.

Mark Roessler, Principal at Ormiston Park Academy, said:
“It was fantastic to see our students’ hard work and professionalism demonstrated so clearly through the unequivocal success of the show. They all very much deserved the standing ovations at each performance.
“Our performing arts department also did an exceptional job at teaching the students about how a professional musical production is created and offering them the opportunity to showcase their individual talents.”
