ZOOLAB, over many years, has successfully delivered imaginative animal handling workshops to children all across the UK. They have been coming to Thurrock for many years.
Recently, they came to the reception class at Quarry Hill primary. As you will see from this film, education is at the heart of the lesson and in so many ways.
Even at reception stage, the students are understanding the difference between different types of creature. They watch the crabs and understand how they scuttle and behavioural differences between males and females.
And, Zoolab and the hard working Quarry Hill staff gently nurture answers from the students.
