THIS year’s Stanford Music Festival takes place on the 4th July some come along and chill in the sun. In its sixteenth year it has become the cornerstone of the East Thurrock events calendar and this year should prove to be as good as ever.
With over 18 acts performing during the course of the festival with a mixture of exciting new acts as well as some firm favourites there should be something for everyone.
Don’t forget it is a family day out so bring your picnic chairs, blankets and gazebos, there is plenty of hot food onsite to beef up any picnic you decide to bring and of course the Crooked Billet will be serving ice cold drinks.
The fairground will be on site again as usual operating on Thursday and Friday evening and all during the festival on the Saturday
