HORNDON on the Hill Feast and Fayre's annual 10K event is always a popular and fully subscribed affair but this year one athlete is planning to make it even more special, by running the course continuously for 24 hours!

THURROCK Swimming Club participated at the first weekend of the Essex Age Group Championships. It was a fantastic weekend with many Gold, Silver and Bronze medals and top 10 finishes. All swimmers achieved personal best times and relay teams finished in the top 10.
THE club can report that their lockup at Parkside in Aveley suffered a break in recently. Items stolen include footballs, training equipment, merchandise comprising replica shirts, polo shirts, wet tops, hats, scarves etc and copies of Kris Turner's book on the history of the club.
