VERA Plumridge will present her annual Musical Soiree, in association with Mardyke Valley Rotary Club, on 14 November at the Thameside Theatre in Grays.
The event, which has been running for 35 years will feature music, comedy, vocalist and instrumentals. Tickets are £10 and proceeds will go to Help Musicians UK.
Help Musicians UK supports musicians through some of the toughest points in their careers, whether they are starting out as an emerging talent or facing a crisis such as an accident or illness.
The evening will be a showcase for local talent and gives the performers a chance to perform in the theatre in front of an audience.
