ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses after two men were injured after a fight inside a Grays pub.
It happened inside the Oak in Lodge Lane at 00.20 on January 21. A man aged in his 50s was knocked unconscious and then suffered head injuries. Another man, aged in his 40s, suffered a cut above his eye.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed what happened.
Two men were arrested on suspicion of assault at the scene shortly after the incident. A 42-year-old man from Grays and a 27-year-old man from Tilbury have been bailed pending further police enquiries until February 26.
