A MAN has been jailed after illegally entering the country following being sentenced for a multiple stabbing.
Vitalij Beliuga aka Russian Kasperiunas, aged 33, of Moore Avenue, Grays was found guilty at Basildon Magistrates Court of “knowingly entering the United Kingdom in breach of a deportation order”.
Beliuga was not a British Citizen and had therefore contravened the Immigration Act, 1971.
Th court stated: ” He re-entered the country in breach of a deportation order, the original offence was multiple stabbing and he was deported for public protection, he clearly means to return to the country”.
He was sentenced to eight weeks in jail.
