THOUSANDS have been raised for Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) at a theatrical showcase at the Old Regent Ballroom in Stanford-le-Hope own Saturday night.
Saturday’s event was an amazing success and the organisers raised £2200. Everyone had a great night and another one will be arranged later in the year.
Organiser, Jo Nyland said: “I would like to thank Frank and Shaun for allowing us to use the beautiful venue, The Old Regent Ballroom. Our sound engineers Steve Millbank and Lee Fink. Dotty Dots for supplying the table balloons, Emily Richards for the photography and Adam Holden for videoing the event. DVD’s will be on sale soon to raise more money.
“It is vital that we continue to support this amazing charity and the work they do and we were very lucky to have Professor Andy Copp present on the evening to talk about the great work they do, as a representative of Great Ormond Street.
The next one will be announced once a date has been set.
