Three sought after Aveley football club ransacked

ESSEX Police want to identify three suspects in connection with a burglary at Aveley Football Club.

A defibrillator, electronic scoreboard and more than 40 footballs were stolen from the Mill Road club around 1.30pm on May 31.

Damage costing a five-figure sum was also caused to the changing rooms, storage rooms, workshop, shower, toilets, and stands.

Officers have been carrying out enquiries and are trying to trace three teenage boys.

One was described as white, of medium to stocky build, with parted hair. He wore a dark Nike tracksuit with a white stripe down the side and white trainers.

The second was white, of slim build, and wore a dark sweatshirt or jumper with dots across it and blue trainers.

The third was white, of slim build, with dark hair. He wore a black and turquoise Arsenal away shirt and dark knee length shorts, blue trainers and had a chain around his neck.
