A MAN has been fined £400 for vandalising property in a hostel in Grays.
Dillon Coster, aged 18, of Charles Street, Grays pled guilty to the following at Basildon magistrates court/
On 03/10/2017 at Grays without lawful excuse, damaged window pane to hallway door to the value of £400 belonging to St Mungos, Charles Street Hostel intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.
