Drugs and theft charges for men from Grays and South Ockendon

ESSEX Police have made arrests following a burglary in Lodge Lane, Grays.

A business was broken into at around 5.55pm on Thursday, April 26 and a bag containing bank cards and money was taken.

Investigations led Essex Police to an address in Crammavill Street, Grays where the police arrested a 50 year-old man on suspicion of burglary.

He has since been released on bail until May 21.

A spokesperson said: “Further information led us to an address in Argent Street, Grays where we arrested four men.

Kye Pasquale, 19, of New Road, Grays, Dylan Harrison, 21, of no fixed abode, and Jaz Blundell, 26, of North Road, South Ockendon have all been charged with possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs, and handling stolen goods.

“Robert Poynter, 29, of Gourney Grove, Grays has been charged with possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs, possession of Class B drugs, and handling stolen goods.

“They are due to appear in Basildon Magistrates’ Court on Friday, May 25.
